The 90s were a great time filled with kids still playing outside, CD players, and actually hanging up the phone when you were done with a call. The 90s gave us so many great games, fashion, bands, and TV shows. Sitcoms were everywhere in the 90s with shows like Friends and Seinfeld becoming pop culture icons.

But those weren’t the only two series that had fans quoting lines, copying outfits and hairstyles, and laughing at the characters’ shenanigans. The sitcoms of the 90s were filled with teen angst, family dynamics, and workplace drama. There truly was something for everyone to relate to and laugh at. Here are 10 sitcoms from the 90s everyone forgot about:

Saved By The Bell

In the 90s every boy wanted to be Zack Morris and every girl wanted to be Kelly Kapowski or any of the other characters from Saved by the Bell, except maybe Screech. Saved by the Bell was a favorite among teenagers in the 90s as the series was all about high school students having to deal with teachers, homework, parents, and dating.

The series ran for 4 seasons from 1989 to 1993. The sitcom centered around six friends who all have different interests and backgrounds but somehow manage to stay bonded at California’s Bayside High School. Along with the six teens, the show also starred the high school principal, Mr. Belding, who tries his hardest to keep them all on the path of the straight and narrow.

Step By Step

After Suzanne Somers starred as the lovable blonde nitwit, Chrissy, on Three’s Company, she went on to star in another sitcom series. Grace Under Fire

Many people might believe sitcoms are simply silly shows about goofy characters and have no real deep meaning to them.
